Clean-Room Project

A leading European resin manufacturer required a specialized container-tilting system to load clean-room–produced resins into 30 ft containers without contamination.

A-Ward engineered a fully customized 30ft container loading system designed for precision, safety, and seamless integration with the client’s new production facility.

Problem

The client needed a solution to lift specialised 30 ft containers from a low-height site trailer and load resin directly from a clean-room production line. Standard tilters were incompatible with the restricted ceiling height and contamination-control requirements.

A system capable of stopping at a precise 30-degree tilt angle was essential to prevent collision with the building and maintain a sterile loading environment.

Solution

A-Ward supplied a custom-engineered 30 ft Container Tilter specifically built for the clean-room operation.

The unit incorporated:

  • a low-profile pickup frame for restricted-height trailers
  • a 30-degree tilt stop to avoid structural contact
  • dual-channel safety wiring for critical redundancy.

The tilter connected directly into the facility’s sealed transfer line, enabling resin loading with zero contamination. A two-tone specialized paint system completed the unit to match site requirements

Result

The installation met every technical and safety requirement, allowing the
manufacturer to load high-purity resins efficiently and without contamination.

  • Precision tilt control ensured safe, consistent operation in a restricted clean-room environment.
  • Contamination-free transfer maintained clean-room standards.
  • Custom-engineered design delivered seamless integration within the facility’s clean-room production line.
  • Commissioned in sync with the facility’s launch, enabling immediate production from day one.
